Due to a high volume of bookings, we have a strict cancellation, no show and refund policy.

- Deposits are non-refundable.

- If cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit can be applied to a future booking (up to within 45 days from original appointment date).

- If cancellation is made within 48 hours of appointment or client is a no show, the deposit is forfeited.
